Our Buying Process

Seamless Furniture Procurement Journey with Roop Exim

Step 1

Consultation: Meet with our founder in Ahmedabad or virtually via Zoom to discuss your furniture requirements. Introduce Roop Exim as your preferred furniture sourcing partner from Turkey & China.

Step 2

Catalog Selection: Based on your preferences and budget, our founder will provide relevant PDF catalogs for your consideration. Shortlist your desired furniture pieces after consultation with the founder.

Step 3

Payment Process: Upon finalizing your selection, an advance payment is required. Once received, the payment is transferred to the Factory in Turkey or China to initiate production.

Step 4

Buying Options: Choose to purchase based on pictures/videos provided or opt for a personalized visit to the Factory and Showroom in Turkey or China with Faisal Devdiwala. Witness the manufacturing process and inspect the final products firsthand.

Step 5

Material Selection: Upon receipt of the advance payment, a material box is couriered to our office. Select your preferred fabric, wood, metal, and marble in your choice of color or any other applicable material required for customization.

Step 6

Quality Assurance: Before finalizing the payment, thorough quality checks are conducted via video call. Live quality checks are performed in China, and video calls are arranged for inspections in Turkey.

Step 7

Shipping and Delivery: Once the balance payment is cleared, the finished furniture is shipped from the Factory. Our Customs Agent ensures smooth transit, including customs clearance in India, before delivering the sealed container directly to your doorstep.
